TL;DR: Save the date: 21.7.2022 bis 24.7.2022
Der Sommer scheint in weiter Ferne und noch konturlos. Altes Bekanntes mag wieder geschehen – aber ist es nicht Zeit für was Neues? Ein lang vorbereiteter Weg soll diesen Sommer endlich begangen werden: aus guten Erfahrungen bildet sich ein neuer Burn für drinnen und draußen. Nicht Land, nicht Schloss, sondern in einem (ehemaligen) Kloster, oben auf dem (Wein-)Berg, aber doch gut erreichbar (S-Bahn von Leipzig, dann ein paar Minuten Weg).
„Jeder Mensch schafft Kunst“ steht im Mittelpunkt und wird gefeiert. Geplant sind 150-200 Teilnehmende, 3 ganze Tage ( 21.7.2022 bis 24.7.2022), und vielleicht wird es endlich der erste offizielle Regional Burn in Deutschland. Mit der Betonung auf radikaler Offenheit, Schenken, Dekommodifizierung, radikalem Selbstbezug, radikalem Selbstausdruck, gemeinschaftlicher Anstrengung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, keine Spuren hinterlassen, aktiver Teilnahme, Unmittelbarkeit, und mehr.
Der Kern des Orga-Teams speist sich aus dem Berlin Burner e.V., aber es gibt sooo viel zu machen, nicht nur vor Ort, sondern auch schon lange vorher (erfahrene Burner:innen wissen das). Es wird unser aller Burn, und wir zählen auf unsere gemeinsame Energie.

Das Kern-Team des Events (noch ohne festen Namen)
Summer seems a long way off and still without contours. Old familiar things may happen again – but isn’t it time for something new? A long prepared path should finally be walked this summer: from good experiences a new burn for indoors and outdoors is formed. Not country, not castle, but in a (former) monastery, up on the (wine) hill, but still easily accessible (S-Bahn from Leipzig, then a few minutes walk).
„Everybody creates art“ is the focus and will be celebrated.Planned are 150-200 participants, 3 full days (7/21/22-7/24/22), and maybe it will finally become the first official Regional Burn in Germany. With an emphasis on radical inclusion, gifting, decommodification, radical self-reliance, radical self-expression, communal effort, civic responsibility, leave no trace, participation, immediacy, and more.
The core of the orga team is coming from Berlin Burner e.V., but there is sooo much to do, not only on site, but long before (experienced Burner:s are knowing this). It will be our Burn all together, and we count on our collective energy.
